📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate field operations, including site visits, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure that all field activities are carried out according to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Ensure that all field operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on the performance of field operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain and update client records, including site details, equipment information, and maintenance history.
• Ensure that all field operations are carried out in a safe and secure manner, complying with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of field operations and any issues that may require attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations, including site visits, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication equipment and systems, including microwave, fiber optics, and mobile networks.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites across the region.
