As an HR cum Accounting Assistant, you'll be instrumental in helping us achieve this mission by managing our HR processes and maintaining accurate financial records. You'll work closely with our team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, while also managing our payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Assist in preparing and filing annual tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and accounting teams as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and accounting roles.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
