- Prepare a diverse menu of cold dishes, appetizers, and desserts using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the cold kitchen.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
- Assist in inventory management and cost control.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or similar role.
- Proven experience in preparing cold dishes, appetizers, and desserts.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
