As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our automated systems, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure that our production processes are always running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain automated production systems, including PLCs, robots, and conveyor belts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of automated systems.
• Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards for automated systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation and manufacturing, with a strong background in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Certification in industrial automation (e.g., Certified Automation Professional - CAP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using industrial automation software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation Studio 5000, or similar.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to the production site as needed.
