You will also be responsible for managing the inventory of spare parts, ensuring that the company has the right parts in stock to meet customer demand.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that dealers and customers have access to the parts they need, when they need them.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase the sales of spare parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of spare parts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the sales of spare parts.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the sales of spare parts or related products.
- Proficient in using sales management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the construction equipment industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
