📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and protect employees and the environment.
• Maintain and update occupational health and safety (K3) documentation, including incident reports, training records, and hazard assessments.
• Train employees on safety procedures and conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Monitor environmental performance and implement measures to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including permits, licenses, and reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to management on health, safety, and environmental matters, contributing to strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Professional or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management software, such as SAP, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
