• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of spare parts.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dealers and customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the sales of spare parts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the sales of spare parts or related products.
• Proficient in using sales management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the construction equipment industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
