📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain BTS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to perform maintenance tasks and troubleshoot any issues.
• Implement upgrades and improvements to enhance network coverage and capacity.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Monitor network performance and provide regular reports to the management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide technical support to other teams and departments as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BTS Technician or in a similar role.
• Certification in BTS installation and maintenance (e.g., Telkom Academy, Cisco, or similar).
• Proficiency in using BTS management software such as Telkom BTS Manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) technologies and network protocols.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
