As an Executive / Senior Executive in Venue Event Services, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a memorable experience. Using industry-standard tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Eventbrite, and Salesforce, you'll manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure every detail is perfect.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a memorable experience.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, including catering, decor, and AV equipment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract high-profile clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Lead and mentor a team of event professionals to ensure high-quality event delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Eventbrite, and Salesforce.
• Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, CEM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bali's event scene and local vendors is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
