📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell tickets for BIGFAIR through various channels, including online and offline.
• Engage with potential attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Use Ticketing System and Salesforce to manage ticket sales and track performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that our event is well-promoted.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees and potential attendees.
• Analyze sales data using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of event activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event ticket sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event ticket sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Familiarity with Ticketing System, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for events and a passion for sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
