Architect / Functional Analyst (Operations Reporting & Planning)

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is currently seeking a talented and driven Architect / Functional Analyst specializing in Operations Reporting & Planning to join our dynamic IT team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving our SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our operations reporting and planning processes. As an Architect / Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust reporting and planning solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the development and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our operations data is accurate, reliable, and actionable, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA reporting and planning solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the development and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
• Monitor and optimize reporting and planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and end-users.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SAP S/4HANA reporting and planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, particularly in reporting and planning modules.
• Certifications in SAP S/4HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP S/4HANA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
