Berkah Yoga Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Nusa Dua. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately and efficiently.,Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.,Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.,Assist in billing and insurance processing, and handle cash transactions.,Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
