📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and ensure financial health.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support business decisions.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management on financial matters.,Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
