📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and attract potential candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.,Organize and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.
