📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards,Conducting tests and analyses to identify defects or issues,Documenting inspection results and reporting findings to management,Collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns,Maintaining and updating quality control procedures and standards,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control practices,Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or related roles,Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies,Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001),Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
