Makmur Adi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts for our customers. We offer a competitive salary and a vibrant work environment in the heart of Canggu.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Ensure that all pastries and desserts are of high quality, fresh, and visually appealing.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new pastry and dessert recipes.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stocked and used efficiently.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to develop and implement new recipes.
