📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
