Sumber Anggi Digital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Gunung Kidul. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of customer service,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and financial reporting,Lead and participate in team meetings and staff development initiatives,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage services,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
