📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain inventory of food ingredients and kitchen supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen budgets and optimize food costs.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen environment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and quality.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
