As an Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the day-to-day operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Oversee staff training, performance management, and team development.,Monitor sales performance and implement measures to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Represent the company at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
