📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and exceed sales goals.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Participate in sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and retail industry is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
