As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
