📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare food according to customer orders and menu specifications.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.,Handle food waste and disposal responsibly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate.
