Cadet Engineer - Plant Maintenance

As a Cadet Engineer - Plant Maintenance, you will be part of our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, contributing to the smooth operation of our poultry processing plant.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced engineers and technicians to maintain and repair our machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our plant runs efficiently and safely, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the field of plant maintenance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in plant maintenance
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
