📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.,Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent customer service skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
