📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage full sets of accounts using Microsoft Dynamics Navision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and technologies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
