📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and assess risk exposures across the bank's operations.,Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Provide risk management and compliance advice to business units.,Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address risk issues.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or compliance in the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and risk management frameworks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with risk management software and tools is a plus.
