Conduct characterization and electrical testing of semiconductor devices to ensure they meet specifications and performance requirements.,Develop and implement test methodologies and procedures for new semiconductor technologies.,Analyze test data and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to semiconductor device performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our semiconductor processes.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in characterization and electrical testing techniques.,Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects and milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in semiconductor characterization and electrical testing.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.,Proficiency in using characterization tools and equipment, such as SEM, AFM, and IV measurement systems.,Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
