📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to support business decisions.,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and provide guidance and training.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and process payroll for employees.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
