Port Root Sejahtera is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits administration, including leave management and payroll.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance.,Work closely with managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance.,Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Experience in managing a team or department.
