📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
