📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present business proposals, sales forecasts, and market analysis reports.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
