📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to guests during events and functions.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth event execution.,Assist in the training and supervision of other banquet staff members.,Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with banquet facilities and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
