📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the cash register and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and addressing their inquiries.,Stock shelves, organize products, and ensure the store is well-maintained and attractive to customers.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, helping to increase sales targets.,Handle cash and other forms of payment, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting any discrepancies.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic arithmetic and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of merchandise.
