📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and evaluating the quality of insurance products and services,Conducting quality control tests and inspections,Identifying and reporting quality issues and discrepancies,Developing and implementing quality improvement plans,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards,Providing training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies,Familiarity with insurance products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
