📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.,Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.,Conduct market research to gather insights and identify trends.,Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of marketing activities.,Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
